I've been following Aimee Song from Song of Style for a while now.  The Californian born Korean has the right mix of LA cool, Hippie chic and City edge.  And with that body and tan, you'll have a crush on her too!

Known for her flamboyant and opulent style, I can't wait to get my hands on ALL the AdR costume jewelry!  Just look at her snake bracelet and turquoise cuff!!!

MOTHER'S DAY GIFT IDEA - Lanvin Eagle

Lanvin makes some of the best costume jewelry every (that's not really a secret) and this spring 2012's Eagle collection is simply breath-taking!

When my friend was desperately in search of the large Lanvin Eagle necklace during our trip in Korea (between the language barrier and being the day of departure, it was almost like the Amazing Race!!), I realized a new obsession just began.

The Art Deco feel, the charcoal, grey and clear crystals on  brass, the symmetric wings...what's not to be obsessed over?  Maybe I should have entitled this post OBSESSION DU JOUR...

OUTFIT DU JOUR - Denim on White

Denim on white; it's a classic yet always modern combo.  This time, I paired my white shirtdress with my denim mini skirt, leaving the back of my dress out.  I really love wearing my dresses as top to add wearability to my wardrobe (with less than half of my clothes here in Shanghai, I guess I don't have much of a choice!).

Going out for some good old Shanghainese fried dumplings (生煎包)!!!  Have a great weekend!

I love Hermes silk printed scarves, especially the new shawl size carres.  If money was not an object, I would buy a few of the same print and wear them as a dress/headscarf/outfit...something like the model above...except I won't be leaning against a giant tree.  I'll be sipping on a ice latte on a patio in the French Concession...yup, that's what I would be doing!

Alisa Frolkin is so beautiful in Mojeh's may/june editorial.  I love every single headpiece that she's wearing, especially the floral helmet with rain deer horns.  Not the most practical, but that's what's fun about fashion...it doesn't have to make sense!

OBSESSION DU JOUR - Lemarè

Ever since I got my I.T wedge high tops, I've been wearing them almost everyday (especially when there's a lot of walking or Ayden involved...which is like everyday).  It has been my best cost-per-wear item in my closet!!  And therefore made me wonder if I should get a second (and maybe third) pair to alternate.

My good friend from Montreal recently purchased these Lemarè high top sneakers, which are almost like exact replica of Isabel Marant's Willow, but at 1/3 of the price!

So my second wedge sneakers will be the rose/white ones and third pair might be all black ones...is it too much now?
