10 days till Christmas...10 shiny ornaments

(YSL Arty Ring)

There's only 10 days till Christmas day and we still don't have a tree yet...However, since we are hosting this year's family party, I am committed to have a beautiful tree full of lights and shiny ornaments (afterall, where would we unwrap our gifts?)  And of course, I wouldn't mind that some of these shiny ornaments to be somewhat functional after the holidays, like say, a piece of jewelry.

Here is therefore the 1st on my list of suggestions (hubby: hint hint)

The IN Crowd

I came upon these pictures from fashion media photographer, Alex So, today while browsing online.  This serie features China's new generation of fashion circle sporting an iconic Hermes scarf.  Love how they make the classic silk "CarrĂ©" look so cool and edgy, especially the guys!  I suddently feel so conservative looking back at how I wear my scarves...

Cheapy Monday

My Amex invoice just came in and its not pretty...so I was trilled to find these cheapies from H&M today!  They are both 50% off now at $20 each; great basics that can be easily incorporated into my waredrobe.

OUTFIT DU JOUR - Dark by noon

If you live in Canada, you know what I mean...every december, it gets pitch dark in the middle of the afternoon...I think we literally get 8 hours of sun per day!  Well, that wont stop me from wearing my Chanel sunnies (especially because I have no makeup and had very little sleep last night).

Sweater - Zara; Jeans - Rich & Skinny; Boots - Modern Vintage; Scarf - Hermes; Sunnies - Chanel

OBSESSION DU JOUR - Givenchy Tinhan Hobo

While I love my Nightingale and have been wearing it to its bone, I've also been obsessed with the Givenchy Tinhan Hobo in black with gold studs (its from last season so no luck to find it for me).  And what's even better than getting it on sale would be getting it for free...that is if I live in the 50 continental states of america...

Bagsnob.com, my favorite purse review blog, is giving this baby away for their Dec. draw.  But of course, you have to be legal age and resident of USA.  This is one time that I wish I have an address south of the border...well, for all you who are eligible to enter, please do so for me!!!

OUTFIT DU JOUR - Studs & Lace

Sorry for not posting in the last week!  As you know, I have been busy still with Le Boudoir's website launch (hopefully very soon).  Here's what I decided to wear today to my office's xmas party at Aqua Resto/Bar.  The food was good but the atmosphere was even better!!!  I gotta say, the singer of the live band was amazing and got all of us off our chairs!

SHOPPING - Easy come; Easy go

I know I'm hopeless...not even 24 hours after our launch party/sample sale and I already blew the first paycheck on this gorgeous parka!  I couldn't help it!  I needed to reward myself for the hard work...

This D&G coat is actually 3 in 1: worn as winter coat like on picture, just the sheepskin fur hooded vest or just the kaki green parka.  LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!

MAIN EVENT - Le Boudoir Launch Party

Last night was Le Boudoir's launch party!  Thanks again for everyone who helped and supported us during the past month in the making of Le Boudoir!!  And Taylor, I'm glad we did it together!

SHALL WE DANCE?

I took belly dancing last summer at the YMCA.  Let me tell you something: it is much harder than it seems!!  Being able to master every single intricate move, especially the belly roll, is what makes the difference between actually belly dancing and trying to immitate a Shakira MTV.

T-shirt - Prada; Skirt - Vintage; Purse - Jimmy Choo (all available at Le Boudoir.co)
