You might not believe it, but I was once blond...very very long time ago...needless to say, it didn't suit me very well!  However, I have always wanted to have a tattoo.  My only problem, maybe like many who hesitated getting some permanent ink on their body, is not knowing which design to choose.  And if failed, what kind of damage-control plan?

Most people would suggest just elaborating on or around the existing tattoo.  I would never be able to pull to off this full body art look...not even with my baddest attitude (as much as I try)...so to this day, I'm still searching for the right design.  Any suggestions?

OUTFIR DU JOUR - Bruised

I know there are bigger problems in life (earthquakes, starving kids and life threatening diseases to name a few), but I can't help myself from being annoyed by all the bruises on my legs...so ugly!  And they are mirror bruises resulting from the same bench in my room I keep on bumping into...annoyed!!!

I guess my only consolation is that bruises are better than mosquito bites (which are even more annoying).  Ok, I'm not venting.  Off to a lunch date with hubby and shopping for my son's birthday party this weekend!

Hey, it was only 88 RMB (less than $15) for all 4hrs of signing, goofing around and hibernating from the heat!  Can't beat that...not even in the land of karaoke's!

Inspired by the new season of The Voice of China (中国好声音), a few girlfriends and I decided  to spend our afternoon in a well air-conditioned KTV room 
and render to our inner rockstar! 

For those who understands Chinese, I highly recommend to watch the first season and follow the second...
there are some amazing talents!  It's definitely not the first singing competition show (hello?!? we invented Karaoke)
